Direct vibration debugging of vibrating plate

The vibrating plate is a feeding device that can be actively ordered. It consists of components such as a hopper, a chassis, a controller, and a linear feeder. In the visual inspection of fasteners such as screws and nuts, the feeding process plays an important role.

    When selecting the vibrating plate, it is necessary to consider the condition of the workpiece, the requirements of the vibrating plate, the size and material of the silo, the working environment and whether the end of the silo is equipped with the corresponding requirements of direct vibration or belt conveyor. Only by considering the above factors can we choose the right vibration plate.

    Under different conditions, some manufacturers need an optical screening machine to be compatible with testing several different products. Therefore, the vibration plate debugging and direct vibration connection become an important part of our after-sales service. Below is a series of steps we have summarized to adjust the vibrating plate after changing the type of workpiece being tested.

    1. First, we need to manually test the part under test on the vibrating plate. When the track is too wide or too narrow, the adjustment screws on the track need to be adjusted to control the width of the track to ensure that the part under test runs smoothly on the track.

    2. Then adjust the adjusting screw on the exit plate of the vibrating plate to ensure that the track width is proper, so that the tested component can smoothly slide out of the vibrating plate. Next, adjust the level of the vibrating rod to ensure that the rod is slightly above the top of the part. If the strip height is too low, it will hinder the normal operation of the part. If the strip height is too high, the stacking rate is increased.

    3. Align the upper end of the vibrating plate exit rail with the upper end of the direct vibrating feed rail. In order to ensure that the two ends are on the same level, at the same time, the feeding tracks on both sides should be on the same straight line as much as possible.

    4. During this time, the height of the vibrating plate outlet can be adjusted by adjusting the four foot cups of the vibrating plate holder. Counterclockwise rotation decreases and clockwise rotation increases.

    5. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the seven-star handle on the right side of the direct vibration to control the width of the feed track to ensure smooth running of the parts.

    6. Finally, the test part must be manually run again before finally opening the vibrating plate. This time, it is necessary to ensure that all links run smoothly and no padding occurs.
